What Does the following uterus Scan Indicate? 

What does this analysis mean?Uss shows a normal sized uterus with an AP diameter of 4.9cm.The outline is regular.The endometrial plate is slightly thickened and echogenic.The myometrium is expanded solid tissues masses.Aand B intramural in the anterior wall with AP diameters of 2.8 and 1.1 respectively.C intramual in the posterior wall with an AP dia of 2.8cm.Pouch of douglas is partially obliterated.No free pelvic collection sighted.No cyst.No definite cyesis

I really appreciate your concern, it could be the normal findings of the ultrasonography still it needs to be correlate with the clinical history and symptoms hope this information helps.
